Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy for all unworn SEVENFRIDAY timepieces and apparel, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all security tags intact. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for refunds.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SEVENFRIDAY account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
